Sally Kotb is a partner in the UAE Dispute Resolution practice of Baker McKenzie. Sally has been featured as one of the leading professionals for arbitration by Who's Who Legal in the UAE (2024) and one of Africa's 50 Most Promising Arbitration Practitioners (2020) by the Association of Young Arbitrators. Sally has has earned the internationally recognized designation of Fellow from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). Sally is a member of the Middle East Subcommittee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge and has recently been appointed as the ICC UAE delegate to the ICC Global Commission on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution for the term 2024-2027.
