October 27, 2020 all-day
PRIME Finance Foundation

Market volatility prompted by the pandemic has led to the collapse of several financial institutions. This session will discuss how an ad hoc ADR mechanism was developed to successfully – and quickly – resolve claims between a hedge fund and a number of the fund’s bank creditors.

The Hon James Peck and Rick Grove, CEO of Rutter Associates and former CEO of ISDA, are confirmed to speak. Stanford Professor of Finance Darrell Duffie will moderate the session.
