Our bilingual 2017 Annual Event in Spanish and English will take place on November 17, 2017 in Barcelona, under the auspices of the University of Pompeu Fabra, Faculty of Law; Organisation and Steering Committee: Dr. Carlos Gómez Ligüerre, UPF, Dr. Jochen Beckmann, Voelker, Barcelona.

Provisional Programme:

The first part will hear from three prominent speakers about the ADR rules according to the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS): proceedings, German legal methodology and price examples.

In the second part 4 panel discussions, formed by experts and practitioners, will explore the practice, challenges and results of ADR proceedings, focused on mediation and arbitration in the business sectors of “Construction / EPC”, “Industry 4.0 / Automotive”, “BioTech” and “Familiy Business”
