The ICDR is organizing a Virtual America’s Conference in 2020. The format will allow for participants to get to know and interact in a small group discussion format in our “Tertulia” session. Another session with corporate counsel will provide insights, concerns, and changes going forward in the practice of international mediation and arbitration. The conference will also provide a discussion and report on ICDR rule changes and current developments throughout the America’s. The culmination will allow active participation and an education shared among distinguished faculty around the hemisphere.
