2020 has been the year of the virtual hearing. Virtual hearings can be an efficient and cost-effective means of resolving disputes, but what happens when one party objects? In this webinar, our panel will consider the challenges and risks involved in holding a virtual hearing without one party’s consent and how this issue may evolve over time.

This event is aimed at young arbitration practitioners and students under 40 years old, but is open to all counsel, arbitrators, in-house counsel or academics interested in international commercial arbitration and international dispute resolution.
