On behalf of Young ICCA, we are pleased to invite you to attend a joint MIDS, Young ICCA and ICC YAF Conference on 29 September in Geneva, on the day after the MIDS 10th Anniversary Conference.

The Young ICCA Conference will take place at Maison de la Paix, Auditoire I. Pictet, Chemin Eugène-Rigot 2, 1202 Genève from 09:30 to 15:30. The topic of the Conference is “Technology in International Arbitration”.

The Conference will examine the impact of new technology on international arbitration. The first panel, “Technology and the Arbitral Process”, will first review the emergence of new technologies in international arbitration with the help of an industry expert and then consider the effect of this new technology on the acquisition, protection, presentation and use of evidence in international arbitration. The second panel, “Technology and the Arbitral Players”, will consider the effect of new technologies on international arbitration from the perspectives of an arbitral institution, counsel and arbitral tribunal respectively.

The Conference is kindly sponsored by Archipel.
