Arbitrators have been facing increasing challenges in Latin America and the rest of the world. Panels of experts will share their perspective on the role and duties of arbitrators, whether they are immune from claims and prosecution proceedings in connection with the exercise of their duties. They will also opine on disclosure issues in addition to exchanging views on how we may be able to foster a more diverse and inclusive bench of arbitrators and arbitration practitioners.
